There is a set Uniform for all classes except Jazz,

and new pupils and students should make sure

they purchase the correct leotards etc

after six weeks of joining a class at the latest!

BALLET

Girls  

Reception to Pre-Primary: 

White short sleeved regulation cotton lycra leotard, white voile skirt, pink ballet socks, pink satin ballet shoes with elastic. White, pale pink or pale blue cotton lycra headbands should be worn to keep hair off the face.

Primary to Grade Three: 

Pale Blue sleeveless regulation cotton lycra leotard, pale blue voile skirt, (wrap-over skirt for Grades Two & Three), pink ballet socks or pink tights, pink satin ballet shoes with ribbons. Pale blue cotton lycra headbands should be worn to keep hair off the face.

Grade Four to Grade Six: 

Navy Blue sleeveless regulation cotton lycra leotard, navy wrap-over skirt, pink ballet tights, pink satin ballet shoes with ribbons. Navy blue cotton lycra headbands may be worn to keep hair off the face. 

Intermediate Foundation to Advanced Two: 

Black camisole regulation leotard, pink ballet tights, pink satin or soft blocked ballet shoes with ribbons.

Please remember that hair is an important part of the discipline

of grooming, and for ballet, hair should be in a neat bun.

Boys

Reception to Primary:

White short sleeved regulation leotard, blue or black regulation shorts, white ankle socks, black leather ballet shoes with white elastic. 

Grade One upwards: 

White sleeveless regulation leotard, navy cotton tights (with Dance Belt for seniors), white ballet socks, black or white leather ballet shoes with white elastic.

MODERN, TAP and JAZZ

Girls 

Primary to Grade Three: 

Turtle-neck sleeveless regulation lycra leotard in any colour; black lycra stirrup tights, black socks and black low-heeled tap shoes, bare feet for Modern, jazz trainers and jazz pants are allowed for Jazz. Coloured lycra headbands (to match leotard) should be worn to keep hair off the face.

Grade Four to Grade Six: 

Damson or Black Camille regulation lycra leotard, black footless tights, black Capezio/Bloch jazz tap shoes, bare feet for Modern, jazz trainers and jazz pants are allowed for Jazz. Black Jazz Pants are allowed for Tap. Black headbands can be worn to keep hair off the face.

Intermediate Foundation to Advanced Two: 

Burgundy or Black cotton camisole leotard, black footless tights, black Capezio/Bloch jazz tap shoes, bare feet for Modern, jazz trainers for Jazz. Black Jazz Pants are allowed for Tap. 

Please remember that hair is an important part of the discipline

of grooming, and for Modern, Tap and Jazz,

hair should be up, in a ponytail, bunches or plaits,

with hair off the face so we can see eyes and smiles!

Grade Four upwards: 

Black/navy slim fitting t-shirt, black/navy cotton jazz pants with Dance Belt, black Capezio/Bloch tap shoes, bare feet for Modern, jazz trainers for Jazz.
